DiveOne Planner — Media License

Effective date: June 20, 2026

This page explains how media, screenshots, icons, diagrams, and other non-code assets in the DiveOne Planner are licensed or attributed.

1. DiveOne-owned materials

Unless another source is named, Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Pavlovich Shurenkov (ИП Шуренков Илья Павлович), operating DiveOne, owns or controls the rights to original product screenshots, diagrams, interface copy, brand assets, and planner-specific visual materials published in the Service.

You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse DiveOne brand assets, logos, product screenshots, or interface materials except as allowed by law or with written permission from DiveOne.

2. AI-generated materials

Some visual assets may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. Where this matters for provenance or licensing, DiveOne marks or records the relevant source context in its internal asset register.

AI provenance does not grant public reuse rights. Unless another licence is stated, DiveOne-controlled AI-generated or AI-assisted materials remain all rights reserved.

3. Third-party materials

Where third-party media, icons, fonts, libraries, or other assets are used, they remain subject to their own licences and attribution requirements.

4. Open-source software

Software dependencies used by the Service may be distributed under open-source licences. Those licences apply only to the relevant software components and do not grant rights to DiveOne brand assets, product content, or user content.

5. User content

Dive plans, logs, notes, and other content that users create remain subject to the DiveOne Planner Terms of Service. Shared links are created by the user and remain the user's responsibility.
